In addition to your standard holiday entitlement, you will also be able to take an additional day off for your birthday every year.

As a company that creates musical instruments, we work with a lot of artists. On occasion, we are lucky enough to procure tickets to their shows and so we offer the tickets to our employees.

Roland Buddy
As part of the onboarding process, all new starters are assigned a Roland Buddy. Your buddy is someone outside of your immediate team/HR who will be there to support you during your first few weeks at Roland.

Regular 1-2-1s
Regular 121s can be a great benefit to both line managers and direct reports, but also to the organization as a whole. Communication and line manager/direct report relationships are so important not only to create a good work environment, but to increase productivity and drive results throughout the whole business.

We have a number of trained and qualified coaches and mentors throughout the business who can assist you in solving a problem, developing your skills and knowledge or improving your performance.

We issue standard yearly training for all employees as well as Leadership and Management training but also encourage you to complete any training that may benefit you in your role.

Language Courses
As a global company, we have colleagues all over the world who speak different languages. We offer the opportunity to complete a language course to improve communication throughout the business and give you the chance to develop this skill.
Employee Wellbeing
- Company Doctor
We are very lucky to have a company doctor whose expertise include general medical knowledge, stress and anxiety management, life coaching, presentation skills and much more. The doctor is available to speak with our employees on a regular basis. - Mental Health First Aiders
At Roland, a number of our employees have completed training to become Mental Health First Aiders, so should you need some support there will be someone who can help. - Wellness Schemes
We offer wellness schemes to our employees to encourage them to look after their physical and mental health. These schemes include Cycle to Work and an easy-purchase Fitness Tracker scheme. - Wellness Challenges
